Game Of Thrones Makes #40 On List Of 101 Best Written Series as THE SOPRANOS Tops The List

The Writers Guild of America (WGA) has put out a list of 101 Best Written Series and The Sopranos tops that list. According to the WGA, the series which originally ran from 1999-2007 and received a number of awards in the time when it was airing “received the most votes, and no show has been more responsible for TV’s storytelling renaissance, in which writers use character both as engines for commenting on the contemporary world and for teasing out the ways in which action reflects psychology in the troubled inner lives of real people.

Many of the series on the list are not new to me and i actually welcome their inclusion on the list (like Game Of Thrones) and so also are some series which i just never bothered to go look for. While some people might be worrying themselves over which series was named the best of the lot as against a personal favorite of theirs, check out the full list below and let us know which series you think should have been included.
